INTRODUCING ME, and this is my story

I was a new mom, with a 4 month old who was up more times a night than I could count. During the day I would hold my baby for naps while surfing on my phone trying to find answers to my sleep questions! I was burnt out and felt like motherhood wasn’t for me. My husband would offer well intentioned suggestions, but he just didn’t get my reality and wasn’t there for the day-to-day.

i knew something had to change
